Printer Incremental Upgrade Type Tier List

S-A-B ranking by time-to-next-printer and idle coverage, not fake DPS.

Tier List Hub

This hub ranks upgrade types in Printer Incremental. It does not invent printer SKUs, damage tables, or rarity ladders. Entertainment In Progress (Mayf and Sami) shipped this Roblox incremental on 30 July 2026. You buy printers, collect cash, and reinvest. The shop you actually see includes Increase Cash Gain, Buy, Max, and Auto Collect. Those are the nodes this list judges.

A useful ranking answers one question: which spend shortens the run? In an incremental, that is almost never a PvP pick. Printer Incremental runs on 8-player online servers with a public leaderboard, but you do not duel other people. You print faster than they do. Rank the shop the same way.

Ranking criteria

Two tests, used on every node:

  1. Time-to-next-printer. After this purchase, do you reach the next machine sooner than if you had saved? If a spend eats the pile and leaves you staring at an expensive printer for longer, it fails the test.
  2. Idle coverage. Does the spend keep cash moving when you look away, switch apps, or sit in a crowded 8-player room? Auto Collect exists for this reason. A node that only helps while you babysit piles is weaker than it looks.

S-tier passes both tests. A-tier passes the first test when income has stalled. B-tier is cosmetic, quality-of-life, or unproven: you cannot yet map it to either test. There is no F-tier of invented trash units. If we have not watched a node through a collect cycle, it stays B instead of getting a fake letter.

This is why the list ignores made-up DPS. Printer Incremental does not publish a damage sheet, and this wiki will not fabricate one. Cash on the island is the only score that matters, and the cash guide is the practical companion to these ranks.

S tier: Increase Cash Gain and Auto Collect

Increase Cash Gain is the multiplier that lifts every printer you already own. One purchase helps the starter line and later machines together. When leftover cash sits in the pocket and the next printer is still expensive, this is the default spend. It is the node you Max when you are sure, and the node you Buy when you want to leave cash for a machine. The upgrade rankings unpack Buy versus Max on this button.

Auto Collect is idle coverage. Without it you walk the island and tap piles. With it the loop continues while you tab out. On a public board, the players who leave collection off fall behind anyone who keeps printing through a break. Auto Collect does not replace printers and it does not replace Cash Gain. It protects the time you already bought.

Redeem working codes before you rank anything. Official description codes are Release and World2. Community lists also track bugfix. Rewards are a free boost, more cash, or unspecified gifts — this page will not invent amounts. Dump that boost into S-tier, not into a mystery shop row.

Roblox Premium adds +10% Cash on the official page. Treat Premium as a multiplier on the same S-tier order, not as a license to buy B-tier first.

A tier: new printers when income stalls

A new printer is A-tier when the current line has stalled, not whenever the shop flashes. If Increase Cash Gain is still cheap relative to the next machine, buy the gain. If Auto Collect is still off, turn it on. Only then expand the line.

This wiki does not name printer SKUs or biomes that Entertainment In Progress has not published. The loop is buy and upgrade printers. When cash per collect stops moving, another machine is the honest A-tier answer. The printers guide covers placement and the stall check in more detail.

World 2 is a later layer, not a separate combat tier. Do not rerank this list around rumor biomes. Track the layer on the World 2 guide and keep spending on Cash Gain, collection, and printers until a patch note says otherwise.

B tier: cosmetic, quality-of-life, and unproven nodes

B-tier is the parking lot. Cosmetics that do not print cash belong here. Quality-of-life rows you cannot map to time-to-next-printer belong here. Shop nodes you have not watched through a full collect cycle belong here until they prove themselves.

Unproven does not mean bad. It means this wiki will not promote a node on guesswork. After the 4 September 2026 update, new rows can appear. Give each row one honest cycle: buy it once if you can spare the cash, watch a collect, then either promote it or leave it in B. Do not Max an unproven node.

How to use the list in a live run

Start a session with codes, then one printer if you have none, then Increase Cash Gain, then Auto Collect, then more printers as income stalls. Check the leaderboard only after that order is in motion. The board measures cash, so S-tier is how you climb. A crowded room does not change the ranking. If the island feels noisy, switch servers and keep the same spend order.

Use Buy when you need leftover cash for a printer. Use Max when Increase Cash Gain is the proven dump and you do not need a machine this minute. That is the whole Buy versus Max rule on this hub; the sibling page writes it out with examples.

What this list refuses to rank

No fighter roster. No invented DPS. No fake rarity. No World 2 biome names. Competition is the public leaderboard, not a PvP mode. If a guide on the internet lists printer model names or damage numbers that the shop does not show, ignore them and come back here.

The game is released and online. It is not a single-player sandbox that you optimize in a vacuum. Other people in the 8-player server are a pace check. Let them print. You print faster by respecting S-tier.

When two spends look equal, pick the one that shortens the wait for the next printer. That single test keeps this S-A-B list honest after every Entertainment In Progress patch, including whatever follows the 4 September 2026 client.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Printer Incremental questions.

Does this tier list rank individual printer models?

No. Printer Incremental does not publish a named SKU ladder on this wiki's sources, so the list ranks upgrade types: Increase Cash Gain, Auto Collect, new printers when income stalls, and unproven shop nodes.

Why are Increase Cash Gain and Auto Collect both S-tier?

Cash Gain shortens time-to-next-printer by lifting every machine you already own. Auto Collect covers idle time so those machines keep paying when you look away. Together they beat buying mystery nodes.

When should I buy a new printer instead of Cash Gain?

When income has stalled and Auto Collect is already on. That is A-tier. If Cash Gain is still affordable relative to the next machine, buy the gain first. See the printers guide.

Are cosmetics ever worth buying?

Only after S-tier and the next printer are funded. Cosmetics sit in B-tier because they do not pass the time-to-next-printer or idle-coverage tests.

Does Roblox Premium change the ranking?

Premium grants +10% Cash. It multiplies the same S-A-B order. It does not make unproven nodes good. Pair it with the upgrade rankings and the cash guide.

Is this a PvP tier list?

No. Printer Incremental is an incremental with 8-player servers. The competitive layer is the public leaderboard, not combat.
