Printer Incremental Cash Gain, Auto Collect, Buy, and Max

Which shop click actually shortens time-to-next-printer.

Upgrade Rankings

The tier list hub gives letters. This page explains the clicks. Printer Incremental’s upgrade UI shows Increase Cash Gain, Buy, Max, and Auto Collect. You also buy printers. Those five actions are the whole ranking. There are no invented DPS numbers here, no fake printer catalog, and no biome names. If a shop row is not one of these, treat it as unproven until you watch a collect cycle.

Entertainment In Progress (Mayf and Sami) released the game on 30 July 2026 and last updated it on 4 September 2026. The loop has not changed: print cash, spend cash, print faster. Rank upgrades against that loop, then keep a progression checklist so you do not redo the same mistakes next session.

Increase Cash Gain: first proven dump

Increase Cash Gain is the S-tier multiplier. It raises the cash you get from printers you already placed. That is why it beats almost every other shop click once a starter machine exists. A new printer without gain is a slow island. Gain without a printer is a shop with nothing to multiply. Buy the machine first if you have zero, then start feeding Cash Gain.

Do not wait for a rumor breakpoint. There is no published table of Cash Gain levels on official pages this wiki can cite, so we do not invent one. The practical test is local: after a Cash Gain purchase, does the next collect pay more, and does the next printer arrive sooner? If yes, keep buying it. If the price jumps past the next printer, stop and expand the line instead.

Codes help this node more than they help cosmetics. Redeem Release, World2, and bugfix at the start of a session. Official rewards are not listed as exact cash amounts here. Treat them as a free boost or more cash, then put that boost into Cash Gain once a printer is down.

Roblox Premium’s +10% Cash stacks with Increase Cash Gain. Premium does not replace the upgrade. Players who buy Premium and skip Cash Gain still lose to players who take both.

Auto Collect: idle coverage, not a skip button

Auto Collect is the other S-tier spend because idle time is most of an incremental. If piles sit on the island until you walk them, you are paying with attention. Auto Collect converts that attention into coverage. It does not print extra by itself in any way this wiki can measure, and we will not invent a multiplier for it. Its job is to keep the Cash Gain you already bought working while you are in another tab, in a menu, or watching the how to play loop on a second screen.

Turn Auto Collect on as soon as you can afford it without delaying a printer that is about to stall the run. If buying Auto Collect would empty the pocket and leave you unable to place the next machine for a long stretch, place the machine first, then come back. That is the only time Auto Collect waits. It should not wait for cosmetics.

On 8-player servers, Auto Collect also reduces how much you wander. You are not fighting the other seven people. You are trying not to waste trips across a busy island. Collection that runs without you is how you keep pace with the leaderboard during a long session.

Buy versus Max

Buy and Max are not upgrades. They are spend modes on whatever node you have selected.

Buy spends one step. Use it when you need leftover cash. Typical cases: you are one collect away from a printer, you are testing an unproven node, or Cash Gain just got expensive and you want to see one level before committing the pile.

Max dumps the pocket into the selected node. Use it only on a proven node. In practice that means Increase Cash Gain after Auto Collect is on and you do not need a printer this minute. Max on an unproven row is how B-tier eats a run. Max on a printer purchase is fine when the stall check already passed and you intend to expand the line.

A simple rule that survives patches: if the selected node is S-tier and you will not need a printer before the next collect, Max. If you might need a printer, Buy once and look at the remaining cash. If the node is B-tier, do not Max it at all.

This wiki will not publish a fake efficiency formula. Entertainment In Progress has not posted one. The Buy versus Max choice is about leaving enough cash for the next A-tier printer, not about hitting a hidden breakpoint.

Printer purchases: A-tier on a stall, not on cooldown

Buying another printer is the A-tier move when income stalls. Stall means collects no longer move you toward the next meaningful spend at a comfortable pace, even with Cash Gain ticking. It does not mean the shop looks exciting. It does not mean someone else in the server just placed a machine.

Do not invent a best printer. The game’s visible loop is buy and upgrade printers as a class. Follow the tier list hub order: S-tier first, then a printer when the line is stuck, then back to Cash Gain. The how to play page is the mechanical walkthrough; this page is the spend ranking that sits on top of it.

World 2 does not change this order on day one of a new layer. If a World 2 shop row appears and you cannot map it to time-to-next-printer or idle coverage, it starts in B. Promote it only after a collect cycle. Track the layer on the World 2 guide rather than rewriting this ranking from rumor.

Session script

  1. Redeem codes (Release, World2 official; bugfix community).
  2. Place a printer if you have none.
  3. Buy Increase Cash Gain until the next printer is the better stall break.
  4. Enable Auto Collect when you can do it without starving that printer.
  5. Use Max only on Cash Gain or on a printer you already decided to buy.
  6. Park cosmetics and mystery rows in B.
  7. Check the progression checklist before you hop worlds or end the session.

Premium, if you have it, is +10% Cash on this whole script. It is not a seventh step that unlocks secret nodes.

Mistakes this ranking is meant to stop

Dumping Max into an unproven shop row because it is new. Buying a second printer while Cash Gain is still cheap. Leaving Auto Collect off during a long session and calling the game slow. Skipping codes because the reward text is unspecified. Chasing other players around an 8-player island instead of printing. All of those lose to the script above.

The 4 September 2026 client is the latest patch this page is written against. If a later update adds a shop row, run the two tests from the hub: time-to-next-printer and idle coverage. Promote or leave in B. Do not invent a new letter.

If Buy and Max both sit on Increase Cash Gain, Max is the dump for a proven node. If you still need a printer, Buy once and leave cash in the pocket. That two-click rule is the entire ranking underneath the S-A-B letters.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common Printer Incremental questions.

Should I Max Increase Cash Gain every time I collect?

Only when you do not need a printer this minute and Auto Collect is already handled. If the next machine is close, Buy once so leftover cash can land on the printer.

Is Auto Collect better than a new printer?

They answer different tests. Auto Collect is idle coverage (S-tier). A new printer is a stall break (A-tier). Turn collection on before you spam extra machines, unless the purchase would delay a printer you already need.

When is Buy safer than Max?

When the node is unproven, when you are one collect from a printer, or when Cash Gain just spiked in price and you want to see one level. Max is for proven S-tier dumps.

Do codes change the upgrade order?

No. Redeem them first, then spend the free boost on the same order: printer if you have none, Cash Gain, Auto Collect, then more printers. See working codes.

Where do I track whether I followed this ranking?

Use the progression checklist and reread how to play if the shop still feels noisy after a patch.

Will World 2 add a new S-tier upgrade?

Unknown until a patch note says so. New rows start unproven. Keep ranking them with time-to-next-printer and idle coverage instead of guessing a biome meta.
